CAPCOM announced on Saturday that its Nintendo Switch port of the Monster Hunter XX (pronounced as "Double Cross") game will ship in Japan on August 25.
Monster Hunter XX features a new "Style Power-up," which allows players to designate a Hunting Art as an "SP Art," granting benefits to the whole party on activation. The game also includes a new new Brave Style, a new field called "Igunrei" and a new "Ryūshikisen" base. The game features six main monsters, including: Gammoth, Astalos, Mizutsune, and Glavenus, and the new main monsters Balfarc and a new Diablos variant.
Nintendo also announced that will release a limited Nintendo Switch set on August 25 that includes a specially designed Nintendo Switch console and the game.
